Behind the rear left tire. You will have to remove the tire and the inside rear fender plastic cover. As soon as you'll remove the cover you'll be able to see the fuel filter. I think it's mounted the frame of the vehicle. I'm in the process of replacing mine actually....if you're replacing yours, don't forget about the new fuel lines you will have to purchase in addition to the fuel filter. Hope this helps....
