Almost all of the moving trucks have bench seats if you rent the larger ones. The only ones that have bucket seats are the ones that are the converted vans.

From what I remember from moving myself....I thought most have them, unless you rent a smaller van maybe. But even those have bench seats too. I've used you-Haul, Ryder & Budget. The only things I know of without a bench seat, are the trailer type boxes you hook onto the back of your car or truck. Those are the ones without engines, so you need your own vehicle.

you haul use to have them in all their trucks now they have buckets.the hertz penske trucks have them in the bigger/older box trucks like a 24 footer. I think they are using the 60/40 split seats in most of the newer van box trucks. It's been a while since I have used one but the last one my friend  and I used to move his apartment had a set of buckets with a console in the middle.so your best bet is to call ahead and check their inventory.

Since I'm moving I had checked into renting a moving truck and all of them that I looked at had bench seats

I have rented them both ways, in all sizes, including ones that require a CDL license. The larger trucks seem to predominate with bench seats, while the smaller ones seem to be equipped with bucket seats, but there does not appear to be a pattern to this, no matter which company you use. I think that it is a matter of cost and supply at the time that they purchase these vehicles.
