Have you heard any squealing noises from the engine compartment? It sound like a loose belt not driving the pump..

No it s not sound from engine itself but it something do with power steering. It s front end hard turning left... Can it be power steering pump? Or what? Thanks for replay.

since you say it's not the belt then i would suggest that it is a mechanical problem in the pump itself or binding in the new rack and pinion that was installed....you might think about having just a mechanical inspection at a different garage of your rack and pinion to make sure it was installed properly...hope this helps

This problem could be a broken power steering belt or worst case scenario a bad power steering pump.
