Sounds like the evaporator drain is stopped up. There should be a rubber tube sticking out the bottom of the floor near where the seat is..try running a flex able wire up it . Dirt dobber or algae may have it stopped up.

I have the same problem on a 98 Grand CL. I've done the "drill the hole and put a wire through the tube" method twice and it still leaks. Drains perfectly when parked on even a slight downhill slope. Slight uphill slope and it's Lake City. The water is coming out at the bottom of the evaporator box area where you drill the hole to unplug the tube and if I press on that area I can stop the drip. Anyone fix one of these after the hole drill technique didn't work?
