Locate the blower motor, (I could tell you where it is, but you haven't mentioned what kind of vehicle you have or the year), turn on the ignition, put the fan switch, (located on your dash), on high. Tap the blower motor with a hammer. If it comes on, that will tell you that the blower motor is bad.
If that test is inconclusive, you would need to determine if there is power to the motor. This could be done with a $10.00 test light. If there is no power to the motor, locate the fuse, with the same test light, to determine if the fuse is good or not.

Thanks, that helps alot! I have a Dodge Spirit, 1991. I have no clue as to where the blower motor is but looks like I will have to find it.

I'm pretty sure that your blower motor is on the firewall under the hood, on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

Maybe you have to clean it up.. Sometimes this matter occurs only cause you don't keep it clean. Hope this helps =)

Maybe there's a problem in the system, especially in the air filter. I recommend you to bring it in  centers or sites like famousacandheat.that offers 24/7 Air Conditioning Service as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
