If the problem is that it won't operate when button is pushed try this:
1) Check fuses under hood.
2) If ok, then try replacing the horn relay in the same fuse box (one of the blocks that plug into the fuse box).
3) If ok, then the ground maybe poor. My horn is grounded directly to the car frame through the attaching screw. Remove and clean car frame and portion of horn that makes contact with frame and reattach snugly.
4) If nothing, then take off horn and see if horn is still good.
5) If horn works, then you might have a problem with the switch on the steering wheel. Or there maybe a fault with the wiring. Either case maybe outside the area of self-help.
