To replace the belt you have too first release the pressure from the belt tensioner either with a 3/8 or 1/2 inch breaker bar tensioner should have a square hole in it to do this , once this is done the belt should come off. Be sure you route the new belt properly, there should be a diagram either on the fan shroud or on inside of hood.
