No, you cannot. They will run your current license ID number through and see that your license is suspended elsewhere. In that case, hopefullly you're not wanted for anything, because then would be a good time that they would pick you up for anything else. If by some miracle, maybe in a state where they do things differently, you do get a license, be aware that once they find out you are suspended elswhere, you will have it revoked once again and maybe face other charges for lying.
