Your truck has to go through a system check to see what made the light come on you can take it to a dealer or if you have an auto zone they will do it to sometimes one thing can trip many sensors and when the problem is fixed the truck has to see that it is fixed and it will run a course of so many miles and stop and go's to reset the computer.....if the problem is fixed a dealer or part store can reset it as well
