I Have A 1998 Chevy Express Conversion Van. The Problem I Am Having Is That When Driving At A Speed Of 30 Mph The Speedometer Is Saying That I Am Doing 70mph. What Can I Do To Fix This?

Had the same problem. It was the speedometer cluster. It had to be replaced and the problem was solved. One other symptom was the speedometer would stick and I would not know it while on the freeway. I was wondering why everyone was driving so slow:) Good luck

Usually this would be caused by a faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor, but if it were, you should have an engine light on and it would also cause transmission shifting problems.
If the engine light is on, have it scanned to see what codes are present.
Then go from there.
