I had to change mine today, it is very hard to find. What I did was reach up from under the front end, beneath the black plastic air dam. I reached up in there, and could actually spin the light socket out. After that all you have to do is put in the new bulb, reach back up in there , and twist it back in. Problem solved, for me anyway!

I had to change mine (Right side) on a 2007. It was a very tight spot to get into, but only took a couple of minutes. The bulbs were only $2 each. Yes you have to get up under the van (very low clearance, and you can't see what you're doing, you have to feel your way around. But this is a do it yourself job!
