One guy put a card reader on his bike so all he has to do is swipe a magnetic coded card across the reader and it starts. Basically all you have to do is make the the circuit close that the key makes when in the ignition. I would suggest a hidden starter button or switch that way if you don't have the key all you have to do is push a button,but then you risk having your motorcycle stolen. My best answer would be to get a couple spare keys made and put them in a secure lock box where you live and the other one at your bank in a security box along with a set of your other keys and important papers.that or pay a lock smith to make you some new keys. But he won't do it if you have no proof of ownership..
