I was once the owner of a Toyota Corolla (although I traded it in for an Alpha Romeo), and I found that the Kumho tires I had on my car worked well in various weather conditions (and I live in the UK, so I know all about varied weather).
What all season tires to use on a Toyota Corolla I believe the exact tires I had were Kumo's Ultra High Performance All-Season Ecstas, and they did the job come rain or shine.
However, I haven't really tried out many other brands, so it's hard for me to give an impartial review of other makes.
