It doesn't matter how old just how tall and heavy you are.   You have to be 69 pounds and 4'9

You have to be at least 4ft 3inch to ride in the passenger seat of a car. The recommended age is 10. These are not the rules of Arizona.

Actually. 4'9 is to get out of a booster seat. You still have to sit in the back. You have to be thirteen
