I put rubbing alcohol on my laptop to get rid some acrylic paint that was on it. The spots that I put the rubbing alcohol on are now white. And I can't get it off. Is there something I could use to get it off?

Depending upon the make of rubbing alcohol you used, it may have contained acetone. Acetone is quite capable of dissolving the surface of plastics, even in diluted form. It seems highly likely that this is what has happened. If so, the damage in not reversible.
