You have two options.
Sell your car
Create an ad on either cars.com or Craigslist Autos, and you can put your car up for sale on there. According to KBB (Kelley Blue Book), you should sell a 1994 Ford Crown Victoria LX with 46,000 miles for about $1,800 (fair condition), or even up to $2,433 (assuming the vehicle is in excellent condition, which I'm sure it is. Crown Victorias are extremely reliable, and with mileage that low I'm sure it runs well.
Trade in your car
If you're looking for a new car to buy, you can trade it in at a dealer. It is much easier to get rid of the car trading it in, but you don't get as much money for it. According to a trade-in value site I came across, the trade in value for your car would be about $1,195.
Now, those are your two options. One option is easier, but doesn't give you as much money as the other. Hopefully you are able to sell your car or trade it in and get a decent amount of money doing so. Good luck.
