On any car, look for a pan (usually a cube like vessel) mounted directly underneath the engine.
That is where the oil drain port and plug will be . . Typically near the bottom on the side. In some cars, it might be possible that your view of the plug (if situated facing the rear of the car) could be obscured . . . Requiring tilting of the transverse engine to get at it. Whether or not Focus is such a car, I can't say; but if you locate the pan and still can't find the plug, chances are it is.
