I don't think so lol I'm in same position now they only do test in spanish and I don't speak enough  to do it. Bu7t I also have cbt n provisional. Best thing to do is contact traffic.

Where can I get insurance on a uk provisional driving licence for a 50cc as I'm only 18 years old. Insurance has to be in the costa blanca.

Normally you are required to carry an international license in EU countries of which Spain is one. You can go to your local A.A. branch, Automobile Association that is, and they issue a license card, with all your details on it valid for a year. It contains the information in the different languages in Europe.

I think that the people renting you the moped will require a license, as there are insurance issues to deal with. I imagine this involves a drivers license not a provisional.
Recently, many European countries have tightened up legislation on the riding of scooters without a license, or helmet. So ask the A.A. about Spain.
