I don't think so lol I'm in same position now they only do test in spanish and I don't speak enough to do it. Bu7t I also have cbt n provisional. Best thing to do is contact traffic.

You can go to your local A.A. branch, Automobile Association that is, and they issue a license card, with all your details on it valid for a year. It contains the information in the different languages in Europe.
I think that the people renting you the moped will require a license, as there are insurance issues to deal with. I imagine this involves a drivers license not a provisional.
