Take of the Drivers side rear wheel, where you will find the brake sensor Valve Linkage with 4 pipes going into it above the shock absorber.
It has a spring attached to one side of the Valve and other side is on a hinge which if seized needs to be freed up as this is well known for this problem. It needs to be cleaned and then sprayed with lots of WD40 and within minutes it will be able to move it with a lever or your fingers once its really loosen.
