How can i make project on traffic light control using plc?

Figure out what you want the traffic controller to do, and what input and output devices you need to have so it can do that. Program the PLC to control the outputs in the manner you have determined, based on the inputs you have determined.

Such a project can range from simple timed light operation to multiple traffic-controlled and/or synchronized lights with left- and right-turn lanes and pedestrian signals and transit or emergency vehicle overrides. In any design, safety is paramount.
