Where Can I Find 1996 Club Car Golf Cart Service Manual Or Maintenance Manual?

Have a 1986 club car electric. Seems to charge up just fine but runs out pretty quickly. Also, brakes seem to be sticking. Not sure if brakes could have something to do with the battery problem. When check all batteries are charged to 36 volts?
