To get a good understanding of what is involved in the fuse box of a Buick Lesabre the diagram gives both a detailed and understandable view - The fuse box is located on the passenger side between the glove compartment and the firewall, it will also be illustrated in your instruction manual.

  • What type of car is a Buick Lesabre?

The Buick Lesabre is very much a family car, the classical American saloon providing performance, quality and size suitable for a whole family to use. More than capable of handling an extended school run, shopping trips and family outings the Lesabre is a family favorite. Spacious and reliable are some of the phrases most suited to describe this car which averages 15-20 mpg in normal commuting activities.

  • What are its features?

The 3.8 liter V6 engine provides the power behind the wheel on the Lesabre. With 100 years of Buick technology and experience the interior is robust yet comfortable. Driving features include anti-lock-4-wheel-disc brakes, traction control and air bags for every seat, amongst the add-ons offered are CD player, heated front seats and leather upholstery.

  • Importance of the fuse box?

The fuse box is essential to the running of the car as it controls the electrics. In a modern car the electrics are more and more important with all the important functions connecting up to the dashboard display.

If there is a fault, the fuse box will immediately switch itself off alerting the owner that it needs attended to. Although the fault may not be critical to the running of the engine it will need attended to and corrected.

I have a Buick and the fuse panel on mine is located in the glove box on the left side behind a little pull off door about 2 or 3 inches square. The fuse in located in there and a little p=fuse puller is included on the door.
