Just below the glove box is a small panel that is secured by two small bolts. Remove this panel and just behind it is the blower motor resistor. It is held in by 2 screws. Remove the small harness, then remove the 2 screws, and pull the resistor, which looks much like a small circuit board (card). Replace with a new one. Also, be mindful to check the harnes that connects to the resistor for signs of melting. This is also a very common problem associated with blower motor resistor failure on these models.
