Any junk yard will have the 4t60e tranny. It's a 50-50 shot of getting a good one, so I would suggest examining the vehicle you plan to pull the tranny from and determine that it is in the junk yard for a reason unrelated to the tranny (i.e., front end damage from a wreck, etc.) You will need to support the engine to remove the tranny from underneath (you have to take the sub-frame completely off) to get the tranny out.
