215-70-15 225-65-15 235-60-15 - These are all the same height (in theory) and the width will change (the lower the middle number - 70, 65, 60 the wider the tire. That doesn't mean you won't have some issues trying to turn very sharply - the tires might rub on the frame or the wheel well.
If you use 235-75-15, they WILL give you trouble and could even damage your car. Not an idle sentence - I mean it - could even damage your car.
