First of all check that the master control is working fine with other automatic device and if you are sure about the functioning of power window then you need to find out that the wires of control are properly connected to the circulating machine of your car window and give the circulating axle little oil so that it may move correctly and also to clean this equipment to make it smooth.

I had the same problem with my 2001 oldsmobile aurora, I check the battery  its charging capacity, amperage was fine, check the fuses , relays ect. They were ok. The next place I check was the the wiring from between the door and the fender removing the rubber boot and found 2 wires that were wore exposing copper and found one wire that was completely broken , attached a longer wire to the broken ends soldered and taped and feed back into protective boot and works fine, thats where I would check first before tearing door panel apart.

You will find a wire has broken between the harness plug just inside the door jam "beside the emergency brake pedal" and the Master control panel.  Check for voltage on the large blue wire on the connector that plugs into the Master panel, if you don't have 12 volts its a broken wire.  NO PROBLEM!!!  Un plug the harness from inside the car and get a friend to help hold the door while you unbolt it.  Slide the rubber boot down to the connector and you,ll see the broken wire.  There will probably be many more wires with badly cracked insulation in the same place, wrap them with some electrical tape if the copper isn't damaged.  Put it all back together.  It will take you about an hour and a half.  If you ever do it on another Camry the second time will be well under an hour.  I hope this helps, Kim
