Seems like your ignition cylinder or ignition switch needs replacing.
Why Is My Key Stuck In The Ignition Position For Mitsubishi Galant?
The ignition tumblers sound like they are getting worn out and causing the key to get stuck. I would try to spray some WD-40 in there with those red straws it comes with, let it soak a couple minutes then try wiggling the key out of there. Good luck:)
