Facing engine right side next to firewall under air intake assembly and throttle assembly. You must take air intake hose loose and loosen throttle assemble and move out of way. Small black plastic box with an electrical connection and 2 hoses connected. Bad sensor can cause P401 codes but input hoses can clog up as well.
