275 represents 275 mm. If you have 225 that means it is 225 mm. This is a tire increase in width of roughly 2 inches. If your wheel well (where the tires go onto the axles) is wide enough then there should be no problem as long as the rim can support the tire. You would have to check the rim width etc.
