It depends which airport you're talking about. The real airport for Verona, Verona-Villafranca, is about 200 kilometers from Como by autostrada. This should take less than two hours. The airport that Ryanair advertises as "Verona," which is really Brescia Airport, is 150 kilometers by autostrada from Como, so that should take less than an hour and a half.
By public transport, you would have to take a bus from either airport into its respective city (Verona or Brescia), then take a Trenitalia train to Milano Stazione Centrale, where you have to switch for a train to Stazione Como San Giovanni.
Note that both airports are also near Lake Garda.
