You really DON'T want to know...But if you insist it is on the passenger side on the top of the air box, between the air box and the underside of the dash. To get to it remove the glove box. Look above and to the left of the glove box and you'll see a group of wiring connections secured on a metal bracket. The resistor is behind this wiring. Once you remove the bracket and disconnect the wiring you will be able to see the resistor through the opening. You'll need a small socket set and you'll want to remove the old resistor (upside down) through the small gap to the right of the resistor location. It's a very tight fit but it can be done. Reinstall is the reverse of removal.
