You will need to check with Mercedes or go to an auto parts store and they can give you the specific fluid. I am not sure if there are different transmissions and what they may require but this would be you best option. I know in the past some cars had specific fluids and they could not be interchanged as it would destroy the seals. This would be you best bet and also be able to answer any specific questions that may need to be answered.
