The plugs are rated as long life. They will generally under normal driving conditions last for as long as 100,000 kms, they then need to be replaced.

I just did mine at 108.000 and use ngk iridium well worth it at $7.00 per plug,
like a new engine. If you have a 6 cyl good luck, mine was and the rear 3 plugs were fun but possible by laying on the engine for the middle plug, took about 1 1/2 hours., "REAL FUN".
