I have an '87 420sel and it has an analog clock in the speedometer cluster. There is a small knob next to the clock. You either push or pull (I can't remember which) while turning the Knob to set the time. If yours is an analog clock, I imagine the procedure is similar. If not you can find most Mercedes owners & service manuals on eBay.
