Engine timing off.  If your already at the no start point, remove the distributor cap, have someone turn the key and watch to see if the rotor - underneath the distributor cap - turns.  If it does not turn, your timing chain is not turning the camshaft.  Replace it.   It's a HUGE, tedious job.
