Support the tank. Remove holding straps. Lower slightly until you can remove the fuel lines, wiring harness, evap hoses, and fill tube from the tank. Lower tank the rest of the way. There will be some kind of ring around the opening for the pump, rotate this with a screwdriver and hammer and remove the pump
