They are and always will be.
They can be, but you need thin legs and thighs to pull wear them well. Other wise your legs can look like salami trying tom escape the wrapping. Also, once taken off, they leave this ridiculous imprint marks on your legs. Add to all that, they feel annoying while being worn.
Highly subjective. Some people prefer big butts, others don't. That's pretty much it - you either like it, or don't. :)

Sounds like you have what guys prefer......why would you want to lose what you got? Myself, I'm getting boobs in a year.....seriously you sound very well made. I wouldn't want to lose a small waist.
A small waist is good and you have big boobs but you need to work on your butt lol, just do not sit for too long. The longer you sit, the bigger your butt gets lol

I've had both. They each have their good points.
Automatic is smoother and easier.
Manual gives me better control, especially when lower gears help me climb uphill or save my brakes downhill.
Automatic. I don't drive for enjoyment or speed, so I have no real reason to get a manual.
