I've used both Budget and Enterprise with no problems. My advice would be - don't forget to have the agent go over the car with you before you take custody of it - to point out ALL of the flaws you see on the car, so they don't try and make you pay for the dings someone else made - and to fill it up on LEVEL ground, if filling the tank is a requirement.

I filled the tank on a hill, evidently, and it didn't read FULL when I turned it in. My goodness. I felt like having a tantrum on the floor but managed to contain myself.
