2007 Acura TL 3.2L. It has a random slight shake when accelerating at a low RPM (about 2300rpm or lower). A gear shift between 2nd/3rd or 3rd/4th has a random hesitation/shake as well. Nothing happens at higher RPMs. Any ideas of what's wrong?

Maybe a problem with the fuel line?

I had considered bad gas or bad spark plugs as I have not always used the recommended premium and have not changed the spark plugs since the purchase date over a year ago. Thanks for your answer!

Then it's gas related, which I doubt but you need a tune up, man. A complete one. If it's fuel injected, the injectors need to be flushed and clean, maybe replaced.

Depends on the "shake" you're describing. If it's in the whole car or front end, then it's something to do with the drive train. If it's more like a sputter and loss of power, then it's either fuel related or electronic, like wires maybe. Hard to say from your description. Sounds like it's missing and hesitating to me. How many miles are on it?

I would say it sounds like your transmission needs a tune up or may be low on fluid thus the gears are "loose" and doesn't shift quite right so get it checked while its a small thing before it becomes a large expensive project. The car is 8 years old so things will go wrong and if you bought the car used, a old trick from the 60-70s was to use sawdust in the transmission to make it shift correctly while selling  a car with a problem, but it never lasted forever. This is just a thought only.

Have you had the fault codes checked? I would have that but at that rpm I would look at egr or exhaust gas recirculation valve or injectors,
