We perform flight physicals in our office. Does not matter what your pre correction vision scores are, depends on corrective scores and scores needed depend upon classification of physical you are attempting to obtain. 20/20 to 20/40 requirements corrected for far/near and intermediate testing based on 1st, 2nd or 3rd class. There is also a color vision testing as well as fields of vision. You may find the specifications that you are looking for at the fda's official website.

Yes you can. Contrary to popular belief, you can wear glasses and still be an airline pilot as long as your vision is correctable to 20/20.

No, my mother in law passed every single test to be a fighter jet pilot except for the vision test. : (

Sorry you can't. And you can' wear contacts either. :( You would have to get surgery done on your eyes.
