You can use those tires but your speedometer might be off a little

The "195" part of p195/70r14 is a measurement in millimeters! This is the width of the tire.

The "70" part is an aspect ratio between the width and sidewall height. Meaning that on a P195/70R14 tire, the sidewall will be 136.5mm tall. (195*0.7=136.5)

The "14" part is the diameter of the rim (not the rubber).
