I Want To Put Bigger Tires On My Truck. It Now Has 235/75R15 And I Want To Put 255/70R16 On It. Will They Fit?

Measure the diameter of the new tire. Next divide that number in half. Now check from the middle of your wheel to the outer portion of the wheel well. You will need at least an inch or two of clearance for those tires to work without rubbing

Normally an increase in size of this amount will fit but without knowing the make and model of the truck it's impossible to give a for sure answer.
