Team work is very essential part for the success in any field; I have a wonderful example with me regarding the team work. When I was working with sales department (telecommunication Company), our boss used to give task to do specific numbers of prepaid and postpaid sales on daily basis, somehow there are many team members who used to have many references but some were not having so for them it was difficult to complete the tasks on daily basis. So our other team members used to complete their tasks by giving them prepaid sales and post paid sales as well and in result our department was working according to the expectations of the company.
