Yes, and be aware there is no such thing as a learner licence here, so if you have one issued from the Uk it will not be valid. You have to go through a registered driving school. There is a lot of misinterpretations of the law so be careful. Also if you have lived in Spain for over a year and not swapped your licence for a Spanish one its no longer valid.
