On a 94 it should be under the drivers side frame under the truck between the transmission and fuel tank. you can't miss it when you crawl under there.
don't forget the tool you will need. You can get it from any auto parts store. Just tell them you need a fuel line removal tool
There is 2 kinds the metal and the plastic...I found the plastic worked a lot better. You change the filter every 30,000 miles so keep the tool
