My Jeep Wrangler Has A Tire Size Of 30 X 9.5 R15 LT, Yet When I Shop For Tires They All Say P215/75R15. Are These Comparable Tires, And What Does The 30 X 9.5 R15 LT Mean? Is There Other Comparable Sizes, Or Do I Have To Use A P215/75R15?

30 means the diameter in inches x 9.5 inches wide R(radial) 15 inch diameter wheel LT (light truck)
a p215/75 R15 is a p(passenger) 215 millimeters wide or 215 divided by 25.4 is 8.46 inches wide, 75 is the % aspect ratio therefore the height of the tire is 75% tall as it is wide or 6.35 inches high R(radial) 15 inch wheel.
So: The height of a p215/15 R15 is 15+ 6.35 +6.35 = 27.7 inches overall height or diameter compared to the 30 inch diameter

30 is the total diameter in inches, 9.5 is the width of the tire; 9 1/2", 15 is the wheel size, and LT is for Light Truck.

You can't mix tire sizes on a 4WD, and there's plenty of 30X9.50X15 tires around.
I went with a set of 5 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires for my 1999 Wrangler, and they're great off road, and are actually pretty quiet on the road, even though they look so aggressive.

215 is the width in millimeters, 75 is the sidewall, and it's 75 % of the width 215mm, 161.25mm. Divide by 25.4 and multiply by 2, and you get 12.79" + 15" = 27.79" which is over 2" smaller diameter, over 1" lower, and the width is 8.5", 1" narrower, than 30X9.5X15.

You can probably go with a p245 75 15 tire. It will come closest to the 30 9.5 15 tire you have now.
The 215 75 15 are way to small and will look cheesy.
