If you have made a credit account with them, it may be part of the agreement. You should look at the paperwork you signed and see if it's in there and you agreed to it. Otherwise, I suggest you call them or their corporate offices and ask about it. Some of these companies are good for putting things in the contract when you signed it but didn't read all of it. Firestone being one of those. Call them !
