Well, there is a certain niche' for older Nissan's but not all that much. Since I used to do a lot of restorations in my shop, I would restore the 81 as it seems to have a bigger following than the 300 you have. After looking through my classic car disc's, it appears that the 81 280zx has a much better restored resale value and is much more popular. Fix up the 81 and sell it and I think you'll do much better.
