Typically when a washing machine does this it means that you have overloaded it will too much stuff. Try loading it with like half the load that you've been putting in it when it jumps around and see if that helps.

It's a poltergeist. Funny. Ace is correct. You may have to much in the washer. Or, it may be unbalanced by some of the load. Try re-distributing the clothes evenly throughout the basket.
