Easiest Way Take the 1 Train from 42^nd Street and 7^th Ave (Must be in the first 5 Cars) Take the 1 to South Ferry. From South Ferry take South Street (When exiting the 1 Train make a right exit through Doors and head toward Parking Garage near ferry) South street leads directly to the Seaport.
